I didn’t plan to become an author who writes about trauma, grief, and the invisible worlds we carry inside us. At least not in the beginning. Yet here I am.
I’m Heather T. Stone—an author, survivor, grief coach, herbalist, astral traveler, and lifelong student of the spaces where trauma, spirituality, and transformation overlap.
I’m the girl who says the weird things. The one who asks the questions, connects the dots, and puts the pieces together.
My path as an author didn’t begin with a publishing plan. It began with a message. A local spiritual medium once told me I would publish three books—but not write them myself. The collaboration that followed unfolded exactly as foretold, in the craziest and most unexpected ways.
I listened. I learned. And I took notes.
My work draws on psychology, ancestral memory, and spiritual experience, weaving mystic storytelling into narratives that explore grief as a catalyst—not an ending. I write for those who have lived through things they don’t have language for and who have seen or sensed more than they know how to explain.
I was once a child gluing construction paper into handmade books. Now I help others find meaning in loss. My work bridges the visible and invisible worlds, reminding us that healing isn’t the end of the story. It’s the remembering of who we’ve always been—
and growing into who we were always meant to be.
Welcome to The Heather Show.
Let’s get weird.
